Am I alone in not being able to see the avatars or emoticons or anything vaguely picturesque? All I see now is little crosses!

This is weird, I can see pics posted in the posts, I can see the signatures but I can't see the avatars or the thing that lights up when you have unread posts. Can't see the emoticons. It only applies to this site I can see everything on other forums.

try deleting your cookies and all interenet files (including offline content!)

What browser are you using? does it happen in both FF and IE?

Hi Squiffy, I am using IE 7 and also AOL I have deleted the temp internet files and cookies don't know where to find offline files. Doesn't help. Other forums are OK. It's something that has happened with the upgrade of this one.

Try logging out of the forum and then log back in. Fixes most crap.

hi Keith,

I wouldnt be surprised if its AOHELL to be honest! (the forums havent been upgraded yet as far as i can tell...the reason they have been offline is bandwidth availablity)

are you running any anti-viri software? do you have the Aohell software installed or are you just using a simple router and windows setup?

Have u tried the site in FF? (if u dont already use firefox, i highly recomend it, its much better than IE and less subceptable to viri!)

Squiffy, I have AOL software but only used it when I had problems going through IE7 to Yahoo and the link through my favourites. I have tried getting here through various search engines on Yahoo and AOL deleting everything, re-loading IE7 pi##ing in the wind but nothing works occasionally I see an emoticon and once I got the new post flags but then it all went.
