Rossi Rules, "for sure" :D .
I was off the edge of my seat a few times watching that 8O , how did he manage to stay on on his excursion to the edge 8O 8O ?
He rattled Stoner "for sure" and how much more bad luck does Lorenzo need :( .

Cheers

Poor Lorenzo. Only he could land on his head and end up with a broken foot :?

Shame Casey lost it as that was shaping up to be a very interesting last few laps.

Aye, twas a shame really - a few more laps would have made for better telly.

Shame Stoner kept the bike going though - he still has a chance of winning championship :( - But as stated above, will make for better telly.

Thank feck it's not turning out like boring boring F1

Rossi, really messes with your mind!!!!! Muaahahahaha

Casey Stoner - hee hee - spoilt little brat. Would have loved to have seen him flying through the air instead of Lorenzo.

Vale is amazing, entertaining and charismatic - I thought he had made the wrong choice in moving away from Michelin at the start of the season, but obviously not.

As for F1, I used to think it was boring (and maybe was in the Schumacher years) but yesterday's race from Hockenheim was really good. There are so many more strategies involved in F1, which I find makes it quite engrossing, especially as we now have Lewis Hamilton to cheer on.

Talking of interesting racing, I see a certain Mr S Gibernau is testing with Ducati and rumoured to be replacing Melandri when he gets kicked out, I mean leaves.

Cool, 2 people in the same team both with a huge chip on their shoulder who hate Rossi. :D

When Rossi ran down the gravel in the corkscrew, and when he passed Stoner on the outside on the chevrons, i was standing up cheerin him on. Two moments of pure genius!

Lost interest a little after the demise of Senna (RIP), lost even more when it moved to ITV - F1 with adverts!!!! 8O 8O

Gave up just about altogether when Murray Walker retired :(

TBH the racing was getting more and more predictable, just like watching Scalextric with the controllers taped!

Have seen one or 2 races involving Lewis Hamilton and I have to agree he is very talented.

My concern is still that the electronics and computers are doing more & more of the drivers work. Unfortunately that's where MotoGP is going too, even Rossi has commented on this not too long ago!

Come's the day there's no driver behind the wheel - Oh FFS!!!!!!

IMO watching 125s & 250s is still, in the main, more entertaining than the GP as it's pretty much just bike and rider, therefore there's usually a change in lead 2-3 times a lap, you just don't know who's going to win till the chequered flag falls. That is real racing.
No Launch Control, no Traction Control Just man and machine at one.

That's also why I'd rather watch road racing primaily or BSB / WSB.

Just my thoughts

i couldnt agree more redstormV, for me i can take or leave the main motoGP, but i wouldnt miss the 125's for anything, its just so exciting, its very similar to the good old club racing, so lets hope the likes of the doctor and the rest dont end up as just puppets sat on remote control bikes

Either way ,elctronics or no, that was one of the best races so far this year. The rest of the field was so far behind you've just got to admire those two boys tallent. I'd love to see all the GP riders on something like the R6 and then sit back and watch them thrash it out.
Now that would be exciting 8)

Some of you might have seen my comments defending casey stoner.

I think a lot of the talk about the bike and the electronics being the reason for his success are bollox. He is really bloody talented.
Oh but how I LAUGHED AND JUMPED OUT OF MY SEAT when he got the rossi treatment that he sooooooo deserved.

And did he take it on the the chin like a true sportsman. NO - he moaned like a b!tch.

I hope rossi has "done a Gibernau" on him and broke his will for the rest of the season. I want to see a three way scrap with dani as well. But I fear robot boy will come back in superhuman form in brno. 8O

Awsome

Be intresting (although I doubt very much if it would happen) to see Vale and 'pet lip boy' aka 'sulky butt' on identical bikes, tyres etc going head to head. For a little more excitement, throw 'The Dwarf' (Pedrosa) in for good measure.

I know where my money would be, safely sat on the happiest GP rider in town!

Not a Paella a Baaarby or Stubby in sight 8)

He's not No2, behind Ago for nothing!

Not that I'm in anyway biased :?

You see him (hear his comments?) in the Parc Ferme?
Then see him on the podium?
I think he was either told that Rossi had done nothing wrong and to buck his ideas up or was shown a replay and realised that any contact or 'near miss' by Rossi on the corkscrew was not intentional.

BTW mate of mine recorded it onto DVD for me - beauty!!! :D

Prolly still buy it when it comes out - a classic! :D

I think he's back living in italy now? That'll cheers em up.

As the BBC commentary boys said GOAT. Greatest of all time. Gets my vote cos even i'm too young to have seen ago or hailwood in their day.

Four weeks to wait to see if pouty stoner gets his sh*t together or succumbs to the smuggest man in the world! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I mean even rossi had to try to act that smug! (in parc ferme)
