i bought a schuberth s1 crash helmet in march 2008 for 320.00 from our local hein gericke store.absolutely brilliant helmet apart from the visor.it as a clear coating on it to stop it misting up.whats happening,is the coating keeps peeling off and i have to email oxford products who are the importers who then contact hein gericke who then give me a replacement visor.i ride my bike all the time,my only form of transport .if i contact oxford products again can i demand another brand helmet because the next visor they replace will be my fourth.with the weather we have at the moment it mists up straight away.i emailed schuberth three months ago and still no reply from them.

Some usefull info

Hi Mate, i have just been in contact with oxford regarding a faulty maximiser, and they could not have been more helpful, so i would ring them about the helmet, and i'm sure they'll accomadate you no probs.
The person i spoke to was Rosie Prior on 01993 862300 option 4.
