WARNING Police Unmarked Volvo

A warning to all motorists in the Tayside area. Today, whilst oot and oboot i spotted an unmarked blue Volvo saloon, 940? i think, had stopped a pick up.
Reg number SP56FPT with hidden blue lights in grille and in rear window.
