hey yall, i have a smallish problem, the other day i recieved 2 letters from one of those loan companies that do loans even if you cant get one from a bank, the address was correct but the name on 1 was shaun white and the other was shaun edward white, he had applied for 2 £3,000 loans, i have e mailed the loan company and they said he was referred to them by 2 other companies one in yorkshire and the other in southend, and luckily they sent forms he had to sign, so no loans for him, the loan company has put a note on their computer to the affect that no loans will be processed in those names and address, also the 2 referral loan companies have done the same, then this morning i get a DVD from lovefilms.com with the same name on the label with my address, so off i went to the police, and they have give me a report number and also said no offence was commited as this person got no money, but i cant understand the DVD thing why try to get DVD's when they will be delivered here, so for now i havent lost anything but anyone got any thoughts on this, even though he doesnt use my name, only my address he could apply for all sorts of things, so is this ID theft or just a thick as fook criminal
carl
Ps i have just e mailed lovefilms.com and explained it all to them, so will wait to see what they do

I wouldnt worry about it too much mate...usually around once every couple of years i get final demands from credit agencies etc, for varying amounts from a few hundred ,to thousands of pounds, usually ending with threats of being taken to court 8O

Seems an ex-tenant of this house,(which i bought from my father ,and previously he let out for a number of years),is still using my address for credit ,we know who she is but not where she is, a gid kick in the fud is what she needs :x ... anyway , all i do is phone up who-ever sends the demand ,and explain the situation :!:

All very straightforward ,and nothing untowards has happened...so dont lose any sleep over it :!:

ps...................was the film good

Sign up for loads of credit cards and hp under this guys name then tell them he's a fraudster, once you've spent all the money. You've got a police report number to prove it after all
