Anyone got a blue Volvo estate?

We could clone his number plate and drive past some speed cameras......

In fact does anyone know anyone else who works for a speed camera tax-raising scam partnership?

Funny that, a habitual speeder that is eventually caught doing over a ton that did not get jailed! If he had been on two wheels I wonder what the penalty would have been :x As the boss of a company he will have plenty of offers for a chauffer! not going to change his life. Still I think his punishment is spot on. A six month ban is fair for a speeding offence.

Really? Bloody stupid ban - 102 on the A14 is hardly reckless in the right conditions. 50 in a 30 IS reckless IMHO

His ban was for the accumulation of 12 points not for the one off 102mph, So yes, I think a ban is a suitable punishment.

Used to be that anything over 100 was an instant 3 month ban, dont know if that's still the case these days.

Think a ban is still the norm but if you put fwd a good case in court (need it to keep job etc) they sometimes go with a heavy fine.
