I've not heard anything bad about them either.

It's a bit of a lame excuse though Tim :wink2 wanting to change bikes because the back tyre is goosed

Been looking at them myself, had a go on one a couple of weeks ago and they are nice to ride, very comfy and big physically. Nice power all the way through the revs. The one I rode was an 09 demonstrator but I don't think there is much difference to any of the older ones.

Have a go on one and if you like it buy it, I shall be after I've got a few things sorted

p.s it was the "S" version I rode

great bikes tim...a couple of m8's have em at squires and they love em that much they trade em in every year for a new one...black ones look ace, avoid the RR model RR= RASBERRY RIPPLE colours lol...if u fancy riding over to cafe gaz and tony could tell u everything u would want to know, but ive never heard a bad word

I have spent most of the day "at work" trawling the net and cannot find a bad word against them other than change the can (thats a given) and can also be worth changing the rear shocks to improve handling but i am sure that the handling is fine in standard form given my limited riding ability. The standard shocks are Showa, which afaik are ok. Arent standard storm shocks made by Showa?

Afaik Honda are majority share holders in Showa and Yamaha are majority share holders in Ohlins

Yes the Storm's are fitted with Showa shocks.
