WANTED BIKE MECHANIC LOOKING FOR CHEAP PREMISES (PRESTON)

HI GUYS AND GIRLS
a mate of mine has some premises in preston, he is a bike shop http://www.bikerasylum.co.uk and is lookin to do a deal with a mechanic i,e he will rent you the space (dirt cheap) and you will do repairs on his bikes cheap(when you can fit them in). i say when you can fit them in as he isnt a juggler who will say do my bikes first! he is happy to help you with price and such as long as you do same.
as you can see his website is well established and he is a decent bloke. he gets loads of enquiries for repairs however he is purely sales but he is looking to change this.
could be a great oppertunity for someone looking to go on their own.
and i only charge 10% commission haha
