Teal 'storm on the M6 , Lancashire- Sat 1st Aug.

Saw a Teal 'storm today ,it was headin South on the M6 ,...cant remember exactly where ,but it was between junctions 23 and 28 of the M6 ,i can remember seeing a sign for Skelmersdale. It was being followed closely behind by someone riding a black bike,i'm not sure what it was.
