I suppose it's more the fact they are becoming more affordable-I say that in the "I earn £££££££'s" type affordable of cousre...

I love on the vid how they mention the scanner is "just" $3000 dollars...

Wonder how much the 3d printer is?!?! 8O

There was another machine a few years back that used lasers to form something in resin. Basically it was a tank of reasin and the lasers hardened the resin to form an object in the tank, wash away the excess and you had your part, never caught on.

Hey....does that mean i could send them a few worn parts from my old bike,they can replicate them and send me..........a new stack of old engine parts mmm....BARGAIN :eh:

Ahhhh buts thats the clever bit, computer enhance the 3D image to remove the wear and return it to its correct sizing :)

Right,I'd like to order a cb 400t crank with 8 months wear on the journals,
my old bonnieville complete, and two Claudia Schiffers complete with cracks
