Survey taker

A survey taker knocks on a door which is answered by 12 year old billy.
In one hand Billy has a lit cigar, and in the other a can of special brew.
The survey taker says "Hello sonny, are your parents home?"
Billy thinks for a couple of seconds, and says "Does it wombles look like it?"
