A world record for being asked to prove your age?

Last week I purchased the latest Call of Duty, which is an 18 rated game (gasp)....

Anyway, as I paid for it, the till person at Toys R Us, reminded me that this is an 18. I replied saying I know and it's for me....then at customer service where you are given the actual disc there was some discussion in the security room. The lady came over and asked me for some ID to prove I was over 18! The joy!....

I'm 36 in January!

This has made my week and my wife says that I'm being unbearable boasting about it....

Can anyone beat that?

(My wife also reminds me that they probably couldn't comprehend that a 36year old is buying computer games... which isn't sad at all- no sir!)

I tried to buy two lemons at Asda at the self service till and the red light started flashing and I got the message "restricted age related item". The staff member had to hit the proof of age required button.
Whats that all about ?
