Hi All

Just raised my cans but to be honest i'm not sure if i like them raised (providing i've done them properly of course) and would like your views!
Another downside to them is the brackets slightly cover the name of the cans!

Take a look and let me know as i'm really in two minds!!

Shame the can straps are covering the badges.

Did you have some link pipes made to get them at that angle?

Didn't have any pipes made, i just re angled the pipes that came off the inlet :eek2

I was kind of hoping for the look were they run along parallel with side panels, woould of been even better if i could of had them run under the seat but that definately would of meant having some pipes made.......maybe an idea for the future!!

I take it i don't need to do any re-balancing/jetting for re-positioning them??

Looks good to me 8) ,if you were really bothered about the straps covering the badges ,maybe you could get new brackets ,either buy, or make your own .

I wouldn’t say so.

I'd just check the fit at the joints.

Theres every chance you may start hearing more popping and banging on the overrun when out and about  but then again-the angle you have them at is'nt ott is it.

They look good to me.

8) like the angle you've got with them mate, very sp1ish, could you not run a small bracket off the rear footpegs??

Thats not a bad idea actually mate....never thought of that but like i say i think the angle would be too much for the standard link pipes, i'm sure i would need different angle pipes?

I didn't have to force the pipes in any way, just twisted them slightly to change the angle and voilaaaa!

Looks great to me, perhaps take the badges off? or re-badge them?
I like that angle.
Chris.
