5" of snow still on the ground from sat night/sunday morning & sheet ice underneath it. wifey's taken the day off work cos the car can't get up the driveway

I remember worse winters than this in the 60's, 1978 was bad, so was 1986 and 1990/1.

I think its called the weather not "global warming" or any of that old pony.

Fed up with it mind you, but we're better off than a lot of peeps.

had snow here most times since 20th dec,just as i bought the vtr(dont blame me).

started to go start last week,then fri mega snow fall with roads turnning to ice with the water of the cars stopping @ 1pm.just got a break in snow to drive scooter home @ 3pm.

now aberdeen coldest in uk(there right there for a change) with more snow wed,thur,fri & sat.dont know after that.

will need tyre warmers @ this rate,lol.

not sure when it's going to end, -11 this morning, -13 yesterday and sunday mornings, coldest it's been consistently for years, and we've more snow forecast for tomorrow onwards, just north of here at Fraserburgh they had about 3 - 5 inches of snow last night.

No snow here ,but still -4 degrees c ,i ran the wife to work this morning and in the distance across the Clyde i could see the mountains on the Isle Of Arran still covered in snow.
My garage is like a freezer ,i treated myself to a 'Morgan Carbtune' and went out to the bike the other day to do a bit of tinkering ,.....i was back in the house within 10 mins ,it was that cold

-4 and another inch of snow last night...the dogs love it though...they are the only ones now i think, lol.

weve had snow here since middle of december.. and we have been talking feet not inches at times... ...st5ill its spring in 4 days

quick, the suns out and the roads are starting to dry here in Birmingham.

this will last for all the time I am at work and can do nothing with it, then I expect more snow for any time I am free to get out on my Storm.

we've only had snow on the ground for a total of 5 days this winter! although the roads are all covered in winter shite, salt and pot holes!!
