A day of spannering

Post by VTR Marmite »

Just thought I would upload a couple of pics showing the new additions I have fitted to the storm today.

The crash posts are aluminium from a company in the USA and although they look a bit big, they are great as there is no fairing butchery involved  . Got a black screen on too and a second hand, resprayed bellypan (sprayed by me  so it's not perfect) fitted to brackets fabricated by Wicky (as it came with the wrong brackets :eh: )

So a massive thanks to Wicky for that, ride safe and bring on the sunshine :biggrin

Do you have a link. How much were they? Do they hit your knees?

Thanks

geo.

Hi geo,

They cost around £45 inc. postage, and are quality items. The company trade on Ebay and are called redlunaracing. I have checked, but there are none for sale on there at the moment, however I sent them a message and am waiting for a reply. I will let you know what they say. I don't know if this link will work as it was taken from my Ebay account, but just in case you want to read up on them try.....

I can assure you that these work well:

They are expensive but you pay for what you get....
No bike (yet).
