Hiya...

Found this site while trying to find some answers with regards to my Firestorm Cutting out - Found various answers to this question so glad I found ya!! Seems it is quite a common problem and not just mine!

Also learned that its possible to drill/remove the baffles from the standard cans - The Drill is on charge as I type!! :D Every day is a school day!!

Anyways I'm Ian or "Whitey" have owned mainly Hondas and currently own a 1998 VTR Firestorm (In RED)
I also belong to the Honda Owners Club (HOC) we meet up each Wednesday at the 10 o'clock pub, 42 Main Street, Little harrowden, Wellingborough, NN9 5BB From 7:30 onwards Anybody welcome whatever you ride - Dont even have to ride a Honda as long as it has less than 4 wheels your ok!! :D
So if anyone is local to Wellingborough pop along you will be more than welcome!!.. Or check out your local HOC meeting point - http://www.hoc.org.uk
Look forward to seeing you there sometime..

Anyways thanks for having me - Keep it shiney side up!!

hya whitey!!! had a few of them in my time i can tell yer!

just a thought on the std pipes - i can more or less guarantee you that once you start drilling you will want to fit some different pipes, to save weight and for looks etc....
before you wreck your originals, have a beg around and see what you can find.
you might want to put the standards back on one day.
