Anyone know why emails would stay in my outbox and not move to sent folder on the forum.
One has been there since 22nd March
Do they go and hang around? or just stay stuck?
Can I give them a kick?
need to reply tonight or tomorrow to Phil-VTwin about the workshop day on Saturday
Any help or can some one give phil a nudge and send an email to me at styler4077 at hotmail dot com
Thanks

do you mean emails or private messages?
ive had emails stuck before and found it was cos somehow microsoft had decided to change my default email client to outlook, from hotmail.
might be worth having a look in ie, tools, internet options, programs, mail client.
or try logging into outlook and see if they get sent when you hit tools, send/receive all
if it's an issue with private messages on the forum, i'm not sure - may be a bug with the new site?? mine is working fine - send & receive.

Messages in the PM folder
Inbox 56% full
sent 48% full
two stuck in the outbox on the forum.
I.E or Firefox does not matter. I.E. email set for Windows Live Hotmail account.
Any other ideas?

PM's have nothing to do with e-mail.
Usually means the person you're sending it to has a full inbox. They need to have a clean up.

Ah,
No way of check that out from my end.
Thought they were emails, but they must be an integral part of BBS system.
OK thanks.
Anyone get a message to Phil-Vtwin for me please as his is one of the messages that's stuck my end.

The PM sits in your outbox until it gets read by the recipient, nothing to do with a full inbox.
I will call you later today Stephen.
