I voted 'no way' , mainly cos it wouldn't go with the style of bikes we ride on this forum.
Voting might be completely different if you submitted the same poll on , say , a classic bike forum or similar .

I like it. Dont know if I'd wear one but I like it anyway. Are those brass poppers? Dont fancy the idea of metal buttons rubbing on the back of my tank, better with the newer rubber coated ones.

I take your point on this. I guess I was thinking of your opinions more 'off the bike' than as bike kit. So, if you wanted a retro jacket that you could wear out and about would you wear it ? I agree, I wouldn't tend to wear it for riding but I like the style of jacket.
Good to get feedback

I used to wear a Black one (Belstaff) exactly the same design, circa 1982. The wax used t get under my nails and look dirty, it'd leave marks on my clothes. Sorry Jay, wouldn't go back to a wax cotten, not now they've invented Goretex. Damn stuff wasn't even really waterproof on a bike.
Er! sorry, that's a NO

I think that might be me looking gay ! Does look like a pose from the cover of 'Attitude' magazine
Anyway, looks like the general opinion is not for the members on this forum. All good data !!!!
Just to counter that view, surely this man doesn't look gay wearing this kind if clobber;

not for me either tbh.
used to wear a belstaff -can't believe theyre £380 now
it used to stink lol, hated the corduroy collars and all the buttons.
agree with cupasoop on scratching the tank up.
might look better in a different colour, ie camo or black but having been down the road wearing textile jackets i'd take leather anyday.
and yes, it does look gah !!

Not for me either, I would imagine most of us oldies would have had a belstaff at one time or another.
mine smelled of damp dog (the four legged kind), still shudder when I think of it!

Not for me, I'm afraid, leather's saved my own hide too many times.
Re the brass poppers: yes, it might scrape the paint off your tank.
But then the wax will stop it rusting!
It would surely go down better with the off-road fraternity?
Or as it seems to be popular with people of alternative sexual lifestyles, according to the comments here, perhaps advertised as a dogging or cottaging coat?
Marketing slogans might include:
Warmth while you w*nk
Comes fitted with plenty of poppers and peeper's pockets- perfect for tissues and binoculars
At this price, you won't have to work your fingers to the bone(r) to afford one!
Stand out from the crowd- (it'll be the smell)!
Now available in mens and ladies sizes (well, we once made one for ladies, and we've still got it, can't work out why the ladies ones don't sell, but now reduced to clear) (Might fit a small man with a deformed chest)
But to avoid confusion, perhaps you could spray the slogan " Not at all gay, not even a teensy bit, you rude person" across the back, just to put people's minds at rest. That should do it.
Nice jacket, though.
Can you get one with CE armour and an airbag?

Right chaps, I think with 86% of voters soundly trashing this product I may not set up the factory just yet !!!!
.........and actually I was looking down at the two guys in leather chaps sucking on my toes !!!!!!!
