Honey, I'm home!

I've been away for a while but I'm back. I'm putting the storm back to standard ready for sale and buying back an SP2 that I used to own from a friend
Had a bad few years with claims and the cheaper premiums on the storm served their purpose. Got a great quote on the SP2 and have been working like a crazy person doing overtime at work so I thought, why the hell not.
Will be putting pics up once I've acquired it again so watch this space
It's good to be back......
Chris

Me too mate, will advertise it on here once it's ready for sale, has a couple of nice bits that will be staying on it like APE manual CCTs, tinted double bubble, single seat cover etc.
Here's the SP2 I'm getting back, can't wait

Have had some trick bits sat in the garage since I sold it as I knew I'd own another one day. Have Moriwaki titanium cans, Harris Rearsets and a PC3. It's only done 500 miles since I sold it and has about 6k miles on the clock but it'll want a service and maybe a battery. Tyres are fooked but C&S are good.

Welcome back Chris. I thought it was a blast from the past when I noticed you'd posted in another thread
A very tidy and low mileage Laguna Seca Edwards rep there
I think Rich (Cupasoop) is a fan of this paint job.

Went round to my mate's last night and negotiated the deal. Absolute bargain, serious 'mates rates' like you wouldn't believe
Moving the Storm to another mates garage so there is room for the SP2, needs MOT and Tax then she's back on the road. Will run her for a couple of weeks standard to get a feel again before adding the trick bits.
Can't wait!!!!!!!!!
These are the cans that are going on, limited edition, only 300 sets ever made

Oh Yes!
That looks the dogs danglies and those pipes will set it off a treat
I never realised they were limeted edition..I wonder why? I'd thought they would have sold thousands with the right marketing

She's home and she's filthy, needs absolutely blitzing. All panels will come off and she'll be cleaned underneath too, probably full of spiders and flies and allsorts.
Poor thing has been shoved in the back of a garage at my mates farm and hardly ridden for three years.
The battery is weak but hopefully salvageable, gonna stick it on the optimate tonight and get it back up to full charge.
The back tyre has been burned out down to the threads in a couple of places, not be me I might add, and I had to ride it half a mile to my garage.
Not fun especially as the rear tyre had about 10psi in it too so would not go round corners! Avon Vipers ready to go on ASAP.
Other than that, it felt great to have the old girl back
Here are a sample of the moves from the happy dance I'm doing right now

Back wheel is off ready to have the tyre fitted. The dirt on it curled up as I was wiping it clean, that's how caked in crud it was.
Couldn't get the damn front wheel off as the paddock stand I borrowed wouldn't lift the front at the yoke without trying to crack the nose fairing

Just have to hope that the current front is an MOT pass until I can get it sorted properly.
