Need a jettin kit for my bike i think, where would be the cheapest place to get them? Not bothered about waiting a month for them etc as i'll be ripping the engine apart for shim replacement and coolant swap and spray my rads black.
Cheers in advance.

http://www.jcmotors.com in the states. works out at £40 which is the lowest price you will find unless someone has a old one they dont want...
find the item - dynojet kit E1185, then use the instant online chat thing to order, ask for cheap delivery, otherwise you pay $39 delivery.
mine arrived in less than a wek.
also, there is a ebay seller from wrexham (forget the name) with dj kits listed for the storm - he will accept £70 free delivery if you do a private sale.
alternative is to just buy the main jets separately from david silvers, lift the needles with some m3 washers from b&q, drill the 1.5mm hole in the slide yourself (as in supply your own drillbit)
and maybe cut down the original springs.
the main jets you get in the kit are 180, 185, 190, 195 - i know dynojet mains are supposed to be different than usual jets, but if you are keeping the standard needles yo'll be ok with standard jets imo.
btw why would you want to spray your nads black?? it's just a rumour you know.
still say the best thing to do is go to a good dyno operator, ask first if they have a selection of keihin jets or if you should bring your own....
it's been a while since ive bought jets from a honda dealer but last time they were only a few quid each - cheaper at silvers, at least cheaper than a dynojet kit lol

in mine i got 4 main jets (i think, mightve been 6), 2 needles with circlips and a washer for the top, a 1.5mm drillbit, a guide to assist drilling the slides, 2 new shorter springs and a installation booklet. oh and a nice fancy plastic case.
someone said that's the usa kit as the euro kit is same but you dont get the new springs for some reason.

How odd, no springs in the uk one? Maybe they dont need replacing, and you have to drill it anyway? hmm, check timing or get a jet kit, think jet kit for £40 is ok better than £90 of ebay.

Also why black rads? I think it will look nicer as i want black braided lines all round, black rims and black everything that been polished.

did he sort you a good deal on the p&p????
also, do yourself a favour, ask him to mark it as gift with a value of $10 so you dont get hit with vat by customs, otherwise its not much cheaper than buying from uk
saying that i still saved over 20 quid like so was worth it but ask anyway
