Decals from my bellypan,can you help?

Hi guys & Gals
On my bellypan I have a decal of a british bulldog doing a moonie and it says "The dogs baldrocks" and I have tried and tried and looked everywhere on the net, and they allude me so far
.......IF ANYONE knows of a site that do really good decals of that nature, I'd be very grateful. I do not know where it came from as it was on the bike when I bought it, but Dave is to respray my bellypan and I wanted to replace the decal!
