My partner having lost the intiltlement to ride a motocycle thanks to the DVLA yet again, has now started her training. :D :D
She picked a company local to us, paid them the first £250 for her direct access course and went on her way.

NOW, I have since found out after she only got around 8hrs play ground training in 2 weeks that the young lad actually instructing her was not licenced to instruct due to the fact that has had been banned form instructing as he was convicted of intimidating a female in a car park.

I have stopped my partner training with these and asked for a full refund, they have refused to give the money back. So I have to day, reported them to the DSA fraud section on this matter.

You're right to complain about the training establishment  But is these pillocks (above) that should be held even more accountable

I just can't see how they get away with this all the time  It makes my blood boil-I've got send my licence off asap and I'm dreading it. If I got a quid for everytime I've seen/read about the DVLA fooking things up I'd have 1198 by now. Complete f#cktards

did she lose entitlement after changing address or something????

i refused to send them my old license until the new one arrived for that reason - they said i had to so i said i had misplaced it.
fortunately mine came back with all my groups still on, but apparently it has been happening a lot - for years, even to police bikers lol
too many agency nobheads working there imo and too many departments, nobody who can use the billion£ computer system properly.

hope she passes (with a decent trainer) and gets sorted asap - fkin pain in the butt that is - someone should be held accountable for the ££ outlay and inconvenience. :Ball Kick:
