Not VTR related, I need help - Volvo Diesel Timing belt...

I'm right in the sh1t - timing belt gone on my 2001 Volvo S40 1.9 diesel (shredded) - can anyone help me get a manual, help me in any way - specifically manual (not covered by Haynes) - or experienced spanners....

I've signed up, and posted a plea for help (a bit guilty as it's my 1st post, and I'm on the beg....
Sounds like it's a fiddly, bu do-able job...
Fingers crossed I can get a belt on, tensioned and timed, and have no bent valves!

OK, thanks for the offer - but I've had to admit defeat - it gets picked up tomorrow - a Lodge buddy is gonna have a go, fingers crossed.
I couldn't get the crank pulley off, as I couldn't locate the locking/timing pin to set it at TDC.....

never mind bud, done similar myself and got beat by a honda prelude water pump after i froze it up and cracked it.
bought a new pump but couldnt even get my hand between the engine and the bodywork lol.
gave up and it cost me £400 to get it towed and fixed.
and id bought the wrong water pump lol
