Getting the feeling it could be fubar, had it on charge for about 5 hours yesterday, got kitted up for a 10 min ride to get the positioning right and when i got back i had about 8 sec of footage, didnt even get on bike before it stopped  using a sandisk 8gig class 6 card so that should easily outlast the battery :(

err, if you've been charging it via the mains charger don't they recommend only 1hr MAX.

Best to charge it through your usb connection while you're using the pc.

That's good news. Have you formatted your new card :?:

If it's not that how about trying the supplied card, I know the quality won't be so good, but it should prove if the problem is with the card or the camera.

that'll be why m8 - i think theyre only compatible with up to 4gb cards.
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Is this the tall vertical sort of camera or the flat car alarm fob type camera? I've got both but only tried the flat one so far. I'd show you an example but I'm at work and cant get to youtube. Picture is fine at standstill but they are quite badly affected by vibrations, makes the picture all wavey. I think I'm cupasoop on youtube as well so if you search on there you should find it.

The only place I could find to put the flat one was stuck to the top of the clutch fluid reservoir with double sided tape. Makes me look like I'm all over the road coz it's so far off the centre line of the bike. Who am I kidding, I am usually all over the road :whatever
