The Mondane had started to smoke quite a bit (injectors most likely) but it had doen me proud over the last 5 years and 58 thousand miles (110K when sold) So I needed a change. I only do 20 miles a day so I wanted to go back to a straight six BMW, I have had lots over the years, anyhoo I have been pestering my mate to sell me his 323i for about a year as it has the right blend of styl;e and individuality. He finally cracked and here it is. I am happy as a pig in the proverbial.

very tidy that mate, had a couple of those myself, mine didnt look as tidy as that one tho!!

Seeing as Jim started a car thread, I also treated myself this week.



It's a 2.2 diesel with more torque than I know what to do with and as it's the EX model, plenty of toys to keep me amused. It's even voice controlled but Honda in their wisdom got it to work in just about any language in the world except Glaswegian. Wife came out the house to find out who I was shouting at, turned out to be the car. It won.
