Ride fitness - lacking

Been off two wheels for nearly 5 years. Just back into it.. been doing mainly city work... and a bit of freeway... hoping my ride fitness returns quickly.
How did it take you guys/ girls? I feel like Ive gone a few rounds with mike tyson after todays ride out to windsor castle and back... wombles traffic

j/k Be relaxed. Make chicken wings. Don't grip the bars too tightly. Drink lots of water. If something starts to hurt, stretch it. :biggrin
