hey there thought i'd intro myself

i'm Simon thought i'd get back into biking as my wife ran off with another bloke recently, and a mate had a vtr for sale so i thought why not
i never had a v twin so it should be fun ;-)

i think i've got a good buy it's a r reg 1998 in black he's putting 12 mths mot on it a new chain and he's throwing in a set of high level migs pipes all for the sum of wait for it £800 BARGIN
so roll on the sun and if you see a black vtr in Devon give it a wave.

Welcome along fella. Be sure to make good use of the search facility to ensure the bike is up to the job and has the few minor niggles fixed.
Whereabouts in Devon are you? I have relatives in the Teignmouth/Shaldon area.

Simon, welcome to the club, even if the circumstances that brought you here are a bit harsh.

Welcome aboard Simon  As already said, a bit harsh of circumstances I agree, but so long as you're not going to be taking your anger/frustration out when riding the bike you should be OK.

Chris.
