Ex Fazer Thou man

Post by vtrsmiffy »

Hi to all, came across an 04 plate VTR with 17000 on the clock this week at my local dealers, always fancied a V twin so on returning from a 70 mile test ride on the beast was impressed enough to trade in my beloved Fazer Thou. Take delivery next Wednesday when they've done a full service and fitted new rubber front and back.Any advice on practical mods and improvements would be greatly appreciated and does anyone know if satin or stealth black is an original colour for this bike.

Thanks for the welcome mate and the info,I did warn the salesman that I'd be taking her for a decent spin, you can't tell anything from a wobble around the block :D Hopefully I'll cover plenty of fun filled miles and forget how good my Fazer has been.
