Have been on the forum for over a year now, and i dont really get involved as much as i would like, ride outs, meets, ect so will start by posting pics of bike and see what happens!

Hi mate, nice clean looking bike but got any from further away showing whole thing?

Thats the only VTR I've ever seen that gets to be parked on carpet. Pampered is not the word.

The tank pad does look a little thallic but nevermind, other than the fact its yellow, its very nice!



PS. Noticed the kill switch is engaged, curious as to why? Also, how does it handle with those bars on?!

I have been thinking of going down the Renthal route myself.

Definitely got a Fallacious symbol on the tank alri How do you fnt the straight bars? Thinkin of stickin a set on m'self

OK,OK, the tank pad is coming off !
Usual story clip ons with wrist ache, but more hands going numb after 30 miles, so bad one time had to stop and wait, tried every thing from different gloves, heavy bar ends, theres no way am gonna change the bike ! then found some small hair line cracks in the fairing around the mirrors and stone chips under the head light, (any excuse) and decided to fit some drag bars or straights, if i had to modify the fairing not bothered its cracked anyway ! .
That went ok, but wasent entirely happy, so have now fitted superbike bars(like Renthals but without the brace) more important is Renthals are ment for bikes where you spend most of your time stood up, or in a semi crouch so when your sat down the outside edge of your hands are further forward with these bars there not, trouble is there f.....wide which is great but mirrors are problem so have fitted bar ends as a stop gap until a plan arrives.
How does it feel ?

The mirrors are quite effective they just look weird !!

I'd love to look down and see a big one like that. Although I'd would only then remember to remove the elastic band. ;)
