No, thats a tw@! Every rolling road/dyno that I've had bikes on the instruction has always been "build up the speed slowly" Did make me titter somewhat though....

Pay attention at the back young Barry.
It's a drag dyno hence the christmas tree of lights. The two bikes are racing against each other, with out moving (well one of them is anyway!). Completely different kettle of fish. Still be a bit safer if they were strapped down though.
How many dynos have you been on where another bike is next to you?

"Young Barry".....Thanks for that. I appreciate it. Haven't been called young in years!
Ah well, surely it'd be more fun actually going down a strip than sitting on whats basically an arcade game, or am I just old fashioned?

No I totally agree with you, I suppose for those guys, being the rebels that they are ( stop sniggering ) a proper drag strip is just way tooooo restrictive man, what with having to wear all that safety gear & stuff! Don't strap it to a dyno, sunglasses & a bandanna & give it full beans, I mean what could possibly go wrong.
