finally fitted ccts manual

a mate came over and helped me today to fit manual ccts and balance carbs
bike is quieter and runs nice no more popping cant wait to take her for a good run
the ccts were the kreiger ones and are excellent
thanks guys for putting up the guide to fit them u have saved a a lot of time and money and its always good to know its been done properly

That was quick - 6:43 am! Good to hear another storm disarmed from imploding, though less spares for the rest of us :wink:

Doesn't it sound sweet when you first fire it up and theres no rattling, i used to think that was a trait of the firestorms but now its sounds like it should,deep thunder & no rattle....

I did my Kreiger CCT's last weekend and ive just bought a new battery and upgraded the reg/rectifier too today so im hoping thats the firestorm achiles heel now sorted.

its that first bit when firing her up that your hearts a bit racing and that doubt in the back of your mind
thinking i hope i did it right but when she fired up it was music to my ears

As long as you dont hear a loud squeal when she starts. This will indicate they are too tight.
