Carbon Fibre Dipping

Post by Spiderman32 »

morning all

just heard from a friend that there is a guy who has started doing carbon fibre dipping in Exeter area and he claims to be able to do most parts (metal, plastics etc) has anyone ever had this done or not?
As i've started stock piling new parts ready for the winter strip down rebuild i got to thinking on colours for the re-spray then heard about this guy and thought that full fairings seat etc would look the dogs danglies in carbon fibre. my mate says he's charging him about £65.00 a wheel for his BMW any thoughts on weather this is reasonable or not ? or have you tried this ?

i've never heard of it, but i'd be very interested in getting parts done for the right price, keep us informed buddy
i just found a place in essex, they want £100 for one wheel, but the more they do the better the discount, i'm going to pop and see him next week, i'll let you know his prices?
