Lucky me! FCRs!!!!!!

I recently lucked out and picked up a set of Keihin FCR (flat-slide) 41mm carbs for my VTR (from a fellow Superhawk forum member). They are on their way here as I type this. They likely won't be going on the bike for a good while yet as their only filtration medium at the moment is a set of mesh screens (soon to give way to pod filters likely, or possibly adaptors to retain the stock airbox). I also want to give them a quick going over and make sure I have all the necessary parts (ie. throttle cable) to ensure a hassle-free installation.

They are said to give a slight boost in power across the board with response being significantly better than the stock CVs.

Anyone have any experience with these on our beloved Storm?

P.S. Ignitech programmable ECU is also on its way..... will keep you informed once the HRC box has been de-coded (for those who, like myself, want to benefit from HRC's knowledge....)
