I was on standby this AM from 6 with the company forby, had to go and tow someone out to the main road, only about 150mm, didn't even have to use 4 wheel drive except when towing her.
Mind you, tomorrow will be interesting, it's due to freeze solid tonight....

Wish I had a garage. Hate seeing my storm look forlorn in the snow like that. Gave it a run in nuetral and a good bit of oiling. Made me feel better.

Went out for precisely 5 minutes on the mountain bike as I found I could stand it upright without the stand in the depth of snow we've had.
Last night we had our cricket league award night and managed to get one of the last taxis home at 11.00pm before the snow bought everything to a halt - half-a-dozen cricketers from another club were apparently still stuck there in the sticks waiting two hours after the event ended...

Sorry about the most of it being me trying to get up an icy hill, and failing miserably
