Morning all get my storm tomorrow been waiting a week for it and its killing me. As the title says this is my third big bike had two 125's then first big bike was a gpz500 twin the second was a CBR600f sport which was lovely but just seemed to lack any soul like twins have so after hearing one and feeling one punch me in the chest I decided on a storm and I cant wait, its a black 2000 on a w plate 30,000 miles and yes I have manual cct's in the post
Any one local to me going to the bsb in April?

Welcome to the club, you made a good choice ( other than the colour

) they are great bikes. There are a few of the boys in the Kent area, and also look out for the posts for the essex workshop day, where you can come along and learn how to do your CCTs.

Greetings
Have fun tomorrow!
...And as he drove on, the rain clouds dragged down the sky after him for, though he did not know it, Rob McKenna was a Rain God. All he knew was that his working days were miserable and he had a succession of lousy holidays. All the clouds knew was that they loved him and wanted to be near him, to cherish him and to water him.
~~~So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish
...luckily you're in Kent and found the forum before getting the Storm...
Just a word of caution that there are more things to watch out for doing the storm compared to a IL4. Have a good read of the fitting instructions in the workshop knowledge section before you fit hem, you MUST set to TDC before you remove and refit on the V twin or the chain will jump and you could end up bending the valves.
Sorry if I am teaching my granny to suck eggs, but don't want you to make the same mistake others have made.
I'm also in Sevenoaks (Kemsing).
If you need a hand with the CCT's I've fitted about thirty or so sets by now.....
Dunno about BSB yet, but probably.
Joblessness looms, but I'm working on that, so should be back in a spending frame of mind by then.
Which manual CCT's have you bought?
