My speeding fine as come through ive googled it and been on many sites and they say 3 and £60 fine if its under 50 in a 30

I was in my van and the road drops from 60 to 40 to 30 in 1 mile and a van got me In the 30 bit

Ive had no pic yet to prove the speed I was doing 47 in A 30 no shcools nice straight road ect.... I did slow but the sly barstools must of caught me further back

Hands up ill do the speed do the time but hoping for 3 points

youll be ok m8. id be surprised if u get more than 3 and a 60 fine but if you go to court the fine will be higher plus costs and victims of crime scam

If you are really lucky you might get a course. I was doing about the same speed in a 30 when zapped by a van. £80 but no points dont mention it to your insurers, if you dont want to

Its amazing what a suit,tie, and a bit of grovelling about license needed to pay the mortgage can do.

Tbh I genuinely thought the suit and humble pie act was just damage limitation. Totally expected to get banned. Even got a lift to court because I didnt think I'd be driving home lol. Couldn't believe my luck. All I wanted to do after was go out on my bike but it was pissing down.

License clean now but f**k knows how !!
