I am at work and need to get fork oil at lunch..... what is the standard and how much do i need ..... should have looked this morning but forgot

Accordint to the Haynes Bible you need;

448 +/- 2.5 cc of 10W oil in each leg.

I use 15W oil and others on here use different weights as well. But standard is 10W.
