Suspension Linkages

Bored out of my mind. Might go and take apart/regrease my suspension linkages.

Never done them before, is there a specific type of grease that must be used ??

I used multi purpose grease

I have a tin of that very grease ,used it once on all new bearings and six months later all shagged.It has no guts in it ,"RUBBISH"!

Nowhere on that label does it say "bearings"!

ive been using lithium based castrol multi purpose grease for years and its ideal for bearings has it has a very high melting point

Glad I posted them pics now (grabbed them from workshop knowledgebase)

Well at least it's sparked off a what grease do you use. I shall use lithium base multipurpose when it comes to me doing mine then.

You aint seen it yet !! Put the shock in upside down and does anyone know where this big lump of metal goes ??

I'm still trying to work out how you done it with the Abba stand unless you have adapted it to fit to the engine.
