Internet shopping gripes

Ordered Cans from Leo Vince with an expected delivery time of 7-10 days. Expected tomorrow, almost 3 weeks down the line.
Ordered something else last night, option of 2 day delivery at extra ( re expensive ) charge. Chose standard delivery, 2-4 days. Get email today 5-7 days, as they are coming from the factory. I know the factory is in Germany, so if I had taken the quick option, it still wouldnt have been here in 2 days.
FFS, just be bloody honest as to whether you actually have it in stock, and how long I'm REALLY going to wait.

On the other hand...
I ordered summat from Amazon, free delivery, expected 5-7 days and it turned up the next day!!
But I do agree with you mostly!

Yeah I bought a screen the other day......Still hasn't bloody turned up.....Tsk!
Update.......Postie tried to cram it through the letter box yesterday, gave up & took it back to the office.....
Picked it up this morn, fitted this afto, all good....Ta Lee.....

i'm waiting for a skidmarx flip screen, bought via an internet company, very similar situation, said 5 days, then it ain't in stock so it will be 10 days, thats because skidmarx have to make it, then post it to this firm, then they post it to me, its bloody crazy, i ain't really got a clue when it will turn up tbh......

id like to see some pics of the flip screen mate to see what there like

where the stuff comes from is very relevant i think. if its from abroad it seems like it will be longer than the promised time scale , from the uk quicker. my fender extenda from spain was about 10 days late my tyres from wales turned up after only 2 days even though they said 3 to 5 ?!
