trailer hub spacers

Post by Jazzscot »

Anybody got any ideas where I would be able to get a new spacer.

I'm currently playing about with an old caravan chassis that has a dodgy wheel hub. Took  it apart and found out the wobble to the hub was caused by the spacer on the right of the photo had worn down.

It should  be the same length as the one on the left

Tried a few Google searches but was wondering where I could get such a thing.

Probably best to find a local engineering firm.

Get them to copy the good one & make two while they are doing it, so you can put two brand new ones on.
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

But not while the scaffolder is watching.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
