Around lunchtime. Blue one going very slowly northbound between j30-29 ( A13-A127 ).

Had an artic behind flashing them to get out of the way, was going that slow

I could read his lips...wow, look at that glorious Fast Red one going the other way

I recon he slowed up on purpose to give you the impression you was going faster than you actually was

we only ride slow so people can admire the colour, btw it wasn't me if you hadn't already guessed...
