It's not an error as such; it's the way it's phrased, leading to misinterpretation of the method used.
Depending on the way you read it, you can get the cam timing 180 degrees out on one cylinder.

Why bother correcting it?
Just use Sirch's accurate and foolproof guide in the Workshop section.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
