or just do it the old way .....fill..flush...fill flush take bottle off give a good rinse then put all back on

whats the easy way?
it has a blackbird stand on as far as i can tell by looking at other stands as for the spacer cant really seem to locate it but the bike does feel good in bends nice and sharptony.mon wrote:Short sidestand means that it has been fitted with a rear shock spacer- this is a good thing, helps the bike handle and drop into corners.
Blackbird stands are slightly longer and will do the job. Have a look in Workshop thread for a how-to.
The standard VTR Side stand has a ''foot prong'' about 2 1/2'' long. The Blackbird one is about 1'' long, the stand is roughly 2'' longer otherwise the style is the same & the switch fits in the same place.gabi81 wrote:it has a blackbird stand on as far as i can tell by looking at other stands as for the spacer cant really seem to locate it but the bike does feel good in bends nice and sharptony.mon wrote:Short sidestand means that it has been fitted with a rear shock spacer- this is a good thing, helps the bike handle and drop into corners.

will keep stand thats on for now but will need replacing as it doesnt look safe to me
Well it's not a Blackbird stand then. BB stand is longer so the bike will be more upright...unless it's bent of course.gabi81 wrote:will have a look and inspect
measure stand but it does look identical to blackbird one
and the bike does lean a lot more then it should....thats the bit i dont like
That will be about rightas soon as it hits past half way the fan kicks in
