So i have drilled 4 holes int the baffles at 12-3-6-9 oclock went to sherburn and just standard was crap so you reckon they will sound good or is full debaffle the way to go

Get the whole thing out! It's not that loud and sounds awesome!

Best to use a core cutter without the pilot drill fitted
