Yellow VTR1000 for Sale Bike now SOLD

Hi All,

Realised last year after a trip to Spa that I needed to find a bike with a more upright riding position - comes to us all I suppose!!!
Hence my 2002 reg VTR100 F1 in bright yellow is up for sale at £1800. Bike is currently fitted with Carbon Can Co. road legal cans but will come with the Std silencers fitted (both in good, scarpe free condition) and the cans can be bought seperately by negotiation.

Blimey that was late registered 8O

Have you thought about bar risers/renthals. Lots of folk have done this for a more upright riding position with great success.

i can vouch for that, £220 to buy and about 2 hrs to fit, and a great mod.i can send you some pics if you like?

Thanks for the info - did you need to replace the brake lines etc? And where did you get them from?

i ordered from 'Moore Speed racing" in Poole Dorset, they can fit for you, all in for about £350, i did mine myself and it was straight forward. I did practice using the Dremel on the fairing though. Overall a fab mod and well worth it if your keeping your storm. By the time you change to something else, swap insurance etc you may well be better doing the mod on the bars.

Turns in great, but you need mirror extenders, guy on here does them there great too. BSAbloke i think!

that looks good mate, ive wanted to do this conversion since forever!

how long did yours take to arrive?

2 weeks! Ive heard bad reports from CNC but Moore Speed were great.i ordered it all through them, and the grips, and bar ends.
