When I first got my 97 Firestorm a couple of months ago the fuel warning light was coming on at round about 85 miles, last two trips out I have seen no light at all at 100 plus miles.Yesterday when I filled up at 105 miles tank took 16 litres so must have been almost empty.The light is ok will work when shorted out is there a way to check if the sender is working and if not can it be fixed or do you have to fit a new one.
Any help most appreciated
