loose exhaust bolts...

Hi all, I have the microns pch58 / oh exhausts on my bike.
Two of the bolts are loose and rattling, the bottom two on the front end of owhole n.
The bolts won't tighten, nor will they come out.
What's the fix before I take it apart? I can't be off the road waiting for parts. Do I need to remove the slip on, the link pipe or the whole system? Will I need new bolts? Nuts? Welding? Gaskets? Any advice would be great. I don't have the know how or the confidence to just take it off as I need the bike daily. It's making a rattling sound on tick over as the bolts rattle in their holes.
