hello I apologize in advance for my english I'm french canadian I want to know if they difficult to change the cam chain tensioner and if it sajuste alone in the reposan and risk of doing silk has even thank you advance for your response

No not difficult if you follow my guide for manual tensioners. Are you intending on installing the standard Honda auto tensioners or fitting manuals. You can also use my guide to help with the timing. If your intending on installing Honda autos then I suggest you do a stopper mod.

In fact I recommend you read through both my MCCT guide and Sirch's Stopper mod and decide if it's a job you feel you can do. Don't rush anything and ask questions on here first if you don't understand something.
