Thanks Jazz, wish I had the knowledge to do that, tried the instructions as were posted by KAZ, even got the mrs to try it for me (she got a bit more know how than me), still the bloody same result. Am gonna possibly try flickr instead of imageshack

It makes no difference which site you use to host your image, you still need the "Img" tabs. Okay some hosting sites may add them for you, but you still need them.

What you are failing to do is add the tabs (as Carl tried to explain), left click the "Img" tab above the top of your message box. Then copy and paste your link https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/588x4 ... muev7W.jpg in between the two as below:-

Also note the opening and closing tags are different

The closing tag (second one) has a forward slash in it. Their tags not tabs :wink:

Why not give Photobucket a go that's free up to a point. See the read me in my signature.

No you're not thick, you're still learning. Keep trying, we all had to start at the beginning at some point. Once you get the hang of it and you've posted a few pic's you think it's easy.

Yeah that was something to do with the device the that the original pics were taken on so that was the size they were stored at. The more recent pics are larger, thanks Sirch
