Hello Everybody

So, after a biking absence of 15 years I've gone and bought a Firestorm. I knew if I got a nice middleweight, discontent would soon set in so I cut to the chase and went for it.
Wasn't sure how a sports bike would suit my ageing wrists and back but hey, so what.
Just back from one of those "I'll just go a little bit further" rides covering 75 miles before getting back to the wife and whippets and the 'storm just gets better. Dry roads, not too windy and I didn't notice if it was cold or not. Particularly after blasting past the umpteenth row of garden centre visiting Nissan Quash thingies. Left every bend thinking "I Could have done that quicker ". Very tractable at slow speeds endless torque and a suitably hooligan sounds from the viper cans.
Considering some handlebar risers and the clutch is perhaps on the heavy side but that might just be my old and feeble frame in shock. Choke seems to stick closed ever so slightly so the seat and fairing can come off and some exploratory maintenance will occur.
